The application is duly supported by personal affidavit of the counsel. He further stated that the plaintiff is his wife. It appears that no notice of any pending application was issued to the defendants,  but only summons were issued by the Additional Registrar of this court for 3.9.2015. Since the counsel for the plaintiff does not want to proceed further, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn unconditionally.
