2.   This is a suit for damages on account of some defamatory publication made by the defendant on the face book page. To a question raised by this court whether any notice was issued to the defendant under Section 8 of the Defamation Ordinance, 2002. Learned counsel very fairly submits that no such notice was issued, therefore, he requests that the plaint may be returned to the plaintiff, so that after complying the mandatory requirement, he may institute the suit. The request of the learned counsel for the plaintiff is reasonable. Office is directed to return the plaint to the plaintiff with endorsement.
