                   After arguing the matter at some length, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners will not press instant petition provided the respondent bank may be directed to consider the case of the petitioners of their induction/employment in the bank on compassionate ground keeping in view their qualification and experience with the bank as Sales Officer/Collection Officer during the period from 2006 to 2010.

                   Learned Counsel for the respondent No.4 does not oppose disposal of the instant petition in the above terms and submits that respondents will consider the case of the petitioner on compassionate grounds however keeping in view their qualification and past experience in this regard as per the rules, regulations and policy. 

                   Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
