            Learned counsel after arguing the matter at some length submits that he will not press instant petition and will seek remedy before the competent Court of jurisdiction for quashment of the F.I.R and proceedings in accordance with law; however he submits that respondents may be directed not to cause any further harassment to the petitioners. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed as not pressed. The petitioners are at liberty to seek the remedy of their grievance in accordance with law before the competent Court of jurisdiction; however the respondents are directed to act strictly in accordance with law and not to cause any harassment to the petitioners.
