            Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will approach the concerned District & Sessions Judge, for filing application under Section 491, Cr.P.C to procure the alleged detenue.

             Accordingly, instant petition is disposed of. Meanwhile concerned police is directed to act strictly in accordance with law and not to  cause harassment to the petitioner who may not be involved in any false criminal cases.
