            Learned counsel for the applicant under instructions does not press the instant bail application provided the directions may be issued to the learned trial Court to proceed with the matter expeditiously and decide the same within a period of two months.

            Learned A.P.G does not oppose such disposal of the instant bail application. However, he submits that time period for concluding the trial may be extended upto six months.

            In view hereinabove, instant bail appliation is dismissed as not pressed. However, learned Judge, Anti-terrorism Court, Larkana, is directed to record evidence of material prosecution witnesses within a period of three months, whereafter preferably within period of one month the case may be finalized, provided that the learned counsel for the accused will not seek unnecessary adjournment.
