                   Learned Counsel for the applicant states that he will not press the instant bail application if direction is given to the trial court to conclude the case within one month.

                   Learned Asst. Prosecutor General does not oppose disposal of this bail application, however, states that time for disposal of the case may be extended upto six months as the A.T.C Court is already occupied with number of cases, whereas there are several material witnesses in the instant case. 

                   In view of hereinabove statement, we dismiss this bail application with direction to the learned trial Court to proceed with the matter expeditiously, whereas material witnesses shall be examined within the period of three months, whereafter appropriate orders may be passed within one month.
