            After hearing the parties at some length, instant petition is disposed with the directions to directing both the parties to approach the Executive Engineer Warah Division, Larkana i.e. respondent No.2, along with their respective claim with regard to the watercourse on the subject land which shall be examined by the respondent No.2 without being influenced by the order passed by District Officer (Revenue) impugned in the instant petition, where-after, speaking order shall be passed after hearing both the parties preferably, within a period of four weeks from the date when both the parties may approach him. Compliance report in this regard shall be furnished through Deputy Registrar of this Court

            Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
