                   Pursuant to Court notices, XEN, Provincial Highways Division, Shikarpur has shown appearance and states that he has the charge of Shikarpur as well as Jacobabad Districts.  He further states that the petitioner has not approached him, however, if they will approach him and will qualify for the subject tender, he will issue the same after compliance of all the codal formalities. 

                   In view of such statement, the learned Counsel for the petitioner is satisfied.  The petition stands disposed of in the above terms, alongwith listed application.
