                   Pursuant to Court notice, S.H.O., P.S has shown appearance and has produced the alleged detainee Samina.  Mst. Samina was enquired as to whether she was abducted by respondent No.4 Ghulam Ali or she is in wrongful confinement, she has denied such allegation and states that respondent No.4 is her real father and she is residing with her father as per her own choice.  She further submits that she wants to go with her father and reside with him. 

                   Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner who is the wedded wife of respondent No.4 Ghulam Ali was not being allowed to see her daughter Mst. Samina, therefore, instant application was filed so as to ensure the wellbeing of Mst. Samina. 

                   It appears that there is dispute between the wife and husband, whereas presently three children are residing with applicant Mst. Zeenat Khatoon and rest three including Mst. Samina are residing with father Ghulam Ali.  There is possibility of compromise between the parties.  It is, therefore, expected that the learned Counsel for the petitioner will make an effort to get the matter resolved between the parties.  The respondent No.4 Ghulam Ali present in Court states that he is willing to get the matter resolved through nekmard Meer Sundar Khand Sundrani or anybody else, which may be suggested by the petitioner.

                   In view of hereinabove, instant criminal miscellaneous application is disposed of with direction to both the parties to maintain congenial relations, whereas all the children residing with the petitioner or respondent No.4 will be permitted to meet each parent, whereas all efforts shall be made to get the dispute resolved between the parties.  Alleged detainee Mst. Samina is allowed to go with her father Ghulam Ali and lead her life as per her own choice.
