            Pursuant to Court notice, the S.S.P, Kamber-Shahdadkot has filed compliance report alongwith appointment order dated 21.01.2014, in respect of petitoner, namely, Rahib Ali Gopang, which is taken on record; copy supplied to the counsel for the petitoner.

            Learned A.A.G submits that pursuant to directions of this Court as contained in order dated 05.09.2013, whereby the S.S.P, Kamber-Shahdadkot, was directed to reconsider the case of the petitoner for appointment as police constable per Rule 12.18 of Police Rules, the S.S.P, Kamber-Shahdadkot has duly reconsidered the case of the petitioner who has been appointed as constable. 

            As the order of this Court stands duly complied; in view of such position the learned counsel for petitoner is satisfied and does not press the instant petition, which is accordingly disposed of.
