1.         Urgency granted.

2.         Exemption granted subject to all just exceptions.

3.         It is inter alia contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in crime No. 55/2013 PS New Foujdari, Shikarpur district Shikarpur under sections 302, 324, 353, 395, 148, 149, 109, PPC and 6/7 ATA  whereas no overt act has been attributed to the applicant. Per learned counsel the applicant is willing to surrender before the trial Court however, requests that protective bail may be granted to the applicant to enable him to approach the trial Court and file bail before arrest application in accordance with law after suspending the N.B.Ws issued against applicant.

             Without touching merits of the case, protective bail is granted to the applicant for seven days (07 days) from the order of this Court subject to furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.50,000 with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court to enable the applicant to approach the trial Court to file bail application in accordance with law.

            Needless to observe that this order shall cease to have effect on the expiry of 07-days or when the applicant may surrender before the learned trial Court whichever is earlier.
