           Pursuant to court notice, respondent No.5 Aijaz Ali has shown appearance along with his advocate Mr. Imdad Ali Mashori, who has filed Vakalatnama and submits that all the allegations as contained in the instant petition are false and frivolous whereas even claim of the petitioner over survey number 709 situated in Deh Bagi Taluka Dokri, district Larkana is also false. He further submits that in the garb of instant petition, the petitioner wants to usurp the property and has also violated the terms of an agreement which was executed  between the parties in respect of some land. 

           Inspector Mir Muhammad Abbasi, SHO PS Airport has shown appearance and filed statement denying the allegations. It has been denied that no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioner nor police has interfered in the private dispute of the parties.

           In view of hereinabove statement by the respondents, counsel for the petitioner does not press instant petition which is dismissed as not pressed. However, the parties are at liberty to seek redressal of their grievance, if any by filing appropriate proceedings before the proper Court of jurisdiction in accordance with law.
