Learned Counsel for the respondents/bank at the very outset submits that the instant petitions can be disposed of in view of the decision of Hon’ble Supreme Court, dated 02.10.2012 passed in C. A. Nos.1-K, 2-K & 3-K of 2011. He further submits that the case of the petitioners will be considered in view of the decision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court as referred to hereinabove and strictly in accordance with law.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners do not oppose such proposal of the learned Counsel for the respondents/bank, however, they submit that the respondents may be directed to consider the case of the petitioners in terms of the decision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court within a period of four weeks. Learned Counsel for the respondents/bank does not oppose such request, however, states that the petitioners shall provide the letters of appointment to the respondents/bank in order to enable the respondents/bank to consider the request of petitioners in accordance with law.

We dispose of this petition in terms of the order passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the above-referred civil appeals. The petitioners are directed to provide the letters of their appointment and all other documents to the respondents/bank, whereafter the case of the petitioners will be considered and decided by the respondents/bank within a period of four weeks in accordance with law.
