                   Pursuant to Court notice, Syed Niaz Ahmed Shah, Executive Engineer, Right Bank Tube-well Division, Ratodero has shown appearance and states that comments have already been filed by the concerned respondents, wherein it is stated that the appointment of the petitioners was temporary, which has now been recalled by the competent authority.  It is further stated that presently there is no vacant permanent post of Tube-well Chowkidar with the respondents.  However, he states that whenever such post is created, the same will be advertised as per law and the petitioners will be at liberty to apply for the same and shall be considered in accordance with law.  Petitioners are satisfied with such statement.  Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
