           Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent No.1 advertised the tender in newspapers however, thereafter no progress  whatsoever   has been made  and tender has not so far been re-advertised. 

             Learned counsel for the respondent No.1  states  that whenever subject work  will be assigned the same will be done  through public tender  in the newspaper after fulfilling  all the requirements  under  Sindh Pubic Procurement Ordinance 2010 in accordance with the law.  

            In view of such  statement, learned counsel for the petitioner  is satisfied and does not press the instant petition which is dismissed as not pressed.

JUDGE
