4.         Through this application, the applicant seeks protective bail in Crime No.13/2013, of P.S Dilawar Marfani, District Shikarpur, registered under Sections 302, 148, 149, 114, 337-H (2) P.P.C. Learned counsel submits that, the applicant had no knowledge about his involvement in the present case. Per learned counsel the applicant has just come to know that he has been implicated in the aforesaid case and the trial Court has issued NBWs against him, therefore, the applicant apprehends his arrest. Per learned counsel the applicant intends to surrender before concerned Court of law for appropriate relief and to join the trial, but because of issuance of NBWs against him by the trial Court, he is unable to appear before the trial Court.

            Without dilating upon merits and demerits of the case, the applicant is granted protective bail for a period of seven days commencing from today subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (One hundred thousands), and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court. This order shall cease to have effect on expiry of aforesaid period of seven days.  In the meantime, operation of NBWs issued against the applicant is suspended for the said period of seven days.
