                   Through instant petition, the petitioner has alleged harassment by the private respondents, whereas it has been further stated that the police officials are not providing any protection. 

                   Notices were issued, pursuant to which father of petitioner, namely, Arbab Ali Soomro alongwith SIP Zubair Ahmed Jhullan, SHO PS Mian Jo Goth, have shown appearance.  Statement has been filed by the respondent No.1, wherein all the allegations have been denied.  It has been stated that neither any F.I.R has been registered against the petitioner, nor any harassment has been caused by the police to the petitioner.  Father of the petitioner submits that the allegations as contained in this petition are false and frivolous, whereas the petitioner, who is presently not keeping well and appears to be mentally disturbed for being jobless for quite some time has concocted the story.  It is further stated that none of the respondents has caused harassment to the petitioner, whereas the petitioner has filed frivolous applications before various authorities. 

                   The petitioner present alongwith his Counsel submits that the respondents are not allowing him to continue his studies or to get any independent job as he is a qualified person and has passed the exam of B.S.  It is further stated by the petitioner that he is not suffering from any sort of disease or mental illness and the allegations in this regard by the respondents are false.  Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will be satisfied if the respondents are directed not to cause harassment to the petitioner or to interfere in his personal life, whereas the police may be directed to provide legal protection to the petitioner in accordance with law.

                   In view of hereinabove, this petition is disposed of with directions to the respondents not to cause any harassment to the petitioner or cause interference in his personal life, whereas the concerned police is directed to provide protection to the petitioner, whenever required, in accordance with law.
