            Respondent No.1 has shown his appearance and states that neither he has caused harassment to the petitioners nor he has any concern with the FIR which is the subject matter of instant petition. He further undertakes that no harassment whatsoever shall be caused to the petitioners.

            It is learnt that the case has duly been challaned before the trial Court where it is pending. Petitioner submits that he will not press instant petition however, he may be permitted to seek remedy from the proper Court by filing appropriate proceedings. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed as not pressed. The petitioners are at liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the proper Court/forum for the redressal of their grievance.
