                   Through instant petition, the petitioner intends to challenge the order passed by the Incharge Additional Sessions Judge, Shahdadkot in Crl. Misc. Application No.203/2013, whereby the application of the petitioner under Section 22-A & B, Cr.P.C was dismissed. 

                   From the perusal of the impugned order it appears that the learned Additional Sessions Judge after enquiry was pleased to observe that the allegations as contained in the application, on the face of the record, are false, whereas no cognizable offence has been reported and the applicant has not approached the Court with clean hands.  The petitioner has not been able to satisfy this Court or to point out any illegality in the impugned order.  However, the learned Counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter at some length submits that the petitioner will be satisfied and will not press this petition if he is allowed to file a private complaint under the facts and circumstances of the case.

                   In view of above, instant petition is dismissed as not pressed, however the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the Court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with, if so advised.
