Pursuant to Court notices, respondents No.1 to 3 and 5 have filed comments/statements alongwith certain documents, which are taken on record. Copies thereof have been supplied to learned Counsel for the petitioner. Mr. Muhammad Bachal Shaikh, DSP Legal submits that the alleged detainee, namely, Rahib Ali Chandio is required in number cases viz., crime No.62/2013 of PS Qubo Saeed Khan, crime No.09/2013 of PS Khabar, crime No.30/2013 of PS Khabar and crime No.01/2014 of P.S Khabar of District Kamber-Shahdadkot and the said detainee is at present in judicial custody.

In view of above statements, learned Counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant petition and states that the petitioner will seek further remedy in accordance with law. The petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed.
