                   Through instant petition, the petitioners have alleged harassment and threats to their lives at the hands of private respondents on account of their having entered into a contract of marriage out of their own freewill. The statement of the petitioner Mst.Hameeda daughter of Moulvi Mehar Ali Bangulani was recorded in Court on the last date of hearing wherein when she has categorically stated that she was not abducted by any one but she has contracted marriage with Mashooque Ali son of Sanaullah out of her own freewill without pressure and coercion. Pursuant to Courts notice, Mehar Ali Bangulani i.e. respondent No.3 has shown his appearance along with his counsel Mr. Ashfaque Hussain Abro, and states that no harassment whatsoever is caused by him to the petitioners. He further submits that FIR was lodged regarding abduction of the petitioner Mst. Hameeda as her whereabouts were not known. He has further stated that he has forgiven his daughter and will not cause any harassment and will make all possible efforts to maintain the congenial relations with  the petitioners. As regards registration of the FIR, he submits hat he will not pursue such FIR. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 also submits that in view of herein above position, the respondent No.3 undertakes to withdraw his petition filed before this Court i.e. C.P.No.D-1062/2013. Syed Asgher Ali Shah, DSP submits that statement of the petitioner along with report for disposal of the case in view of the statement of the petitioner has already been submitted before the concerned Magistrate, who has not passed any orders thereon. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of such position the petitioner is satisfied and would not press  instant petition, however, the respondents may be directed not to cause any harassment to the petitioners in relation to their marriage, whereas concerned police may be directed to provide protection to them. The concerned police and the SHO PS Dari as well as SSP Larkana are directed to provide protection to the petitioner in accordance with  law. DSP Syed Asgher Ali Shah is also directed to intimate order of this Court to the concerned Magistrate who shall pass appropriate orders on the report submitted by the concerned Investigating Officer within a period of seven days. The petitioner Mst. Hameeda has shown her willingness to go with her husband i.e. petitioner No.2 namely Mashooque Ali. She is at liberty to go with her husband and to lead her life as per her own choice.  Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
