This is second round. It is now 11.20 a.m. but none has caused appearance on behalf of petitioner. Diary reveals that matter was fixed on 17.12.2012, 14.02.2013 and 25.05.2013 but petitioner and his counsel failed to appear, even not paid the cost. Thus it is manifest that petitioner has no interest to proceed the instant case, thus it is dismissed in non-prosecution.
