“After presentation of this Civil Revision
Application, the applicant or his counsel are not turned down to pursue
the matter. The matter was fixed on 10.10.2012 and the same was adjourned.
Again on 02.11.2012, the matter was adjourned in the interest of justice.
Office is directed to issue notice to intimate the date of
hearing to the learned counsel for the applicant.

Thereafter on 29.01.2013
none caused appearance for applicant and on 05.03.2013 one counsel brief hold
the matter. Similar position is today. Thus it appears that applicant has no
interest to pursue the matter. Consequently instant Revision Application is dismissed
in non-prosecution.
