                        Despite repeated calls no one has effected appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It is 11:40am, no intimation is available on record explaining the absence of petitioner or its counsel. Even on the last date of hearing petitioner’s counsel was not ready to argue out the instant petition, which accordingly is dismissed on account of non-prosecution.
