Petitioner present in person says that her statement has been recorded by the Investigating Officer wherein she has implicated one Mehwish in the murder of her husband and consequently the Investigating Officer be directed to submit report to the trial Court accordingly so that further process may be initiated accordingly. Investigating Officer present in Court says that he would submit report before the trial Court along with all statements recorded within seven days.
Petitioner says that she being satisfied requests that the instant petition may be disposed of. In the circumstances, the petition in above terms stands disposed of.
