4. Through this application the applicants seek protective bail in Crime No.19/2013 for the offence under Sections 408, 409, 109 PPC read with Sections 4, 8 and 23 FER Act, 1947 registered against them at Police Station FIA, CCC-1, Lahore.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants intend to surrender before the concerned Sessions Court but they apprehend their arrest while reaching to Lahore.
Without touching the merits of the case the applicants are granted protective bail for a period of fifteen-days against solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court just to enable them to approach the competent Court and to seek remedy in accordance with law. It is made clear that in case the applicants fail to effect appearance before the Court within the time prescribed the surety submitted before this Court shall stand forfeited.
