It appears that applicant’s counsel is in not attending  the case regularly.  On 08.03.2012 he was called absent, on 19.11.2012 none was present on behalf of applicant, on 15.10.2012 none was present on behalf of applicant and on 14.03.2011 none was present  on behalf of applicant and consequently it appears that the applicant is not serious and punctual in proceeding with the case.   Since the request is made for adjournment yet again therefore, in view of previous history case is adjourned  with the cost of Rs.3000/= which  will be deposited in the Dispensary of High Court.
