            Today, one Mst. Fehmida alleged wife of petitioner No.1 has filed her affidavit, which is taken on record. Reply of respondents No. 6 to 11, statements of respondents No. 1, 3 and 5 are taken on record.

            It is agreed that this matter could be disposed of by directing the official respondents to act strictly in accordance with law and no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners or wife of petitioner No. 1. However, any F.I.R is registered against them, the law will take its own course.

            The petition stands disposed of.
