                   It is suggested by the learned Asst. A.G., and learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.2 that this petition could be disposed of by directing the official respondents that they shall act strictly in accordance with law and shall not become tool of the private respondents.  Any failure to abide with the above terms shall open the private respondents for appropriate proceedings in accordance with law which may not only be limited to contempt proceedings.
