                         Issue involved in this petition is the illegal  detention of detenue namely Niaz S/O Mst.Ali Dini.

             Learned State Counsel submits  a detailed inquiry  was  conducted in this regard and the culprits who have detained  Niaz illegally and unlawfully have been awarded major punishment after issuing show cause notice  vide inquiry report dated 22.01.2013 which is placed on record.

            Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that  the petitioner would avail his remedy as far as suit  of malicious prosecution is concerned before the  competent Court.   In this view  of the matter he  does not press  the petition with permission to avail  the remedy from competent forum.

            The petitioner may  seek the remedy available to him under the law   for redressal of  his grievance and file suit for malicious prosecution if so advised.   The petition in view of the inquiry report is disposed of.
