4.         Learned counsel inter-alia contended that the applicants have been implicated falsely due to some enmity. Learned counsel next contended that applicants were having no knowledge of registration of F.I.R No.63/2012, for an offence punishable under Section 302, 148, 149 P.P.C. and when NBWs issued against them, they approached this Court while apprehending their arrest from the hands of police having fear of their humiliation, disgrace from the hands of police as they intend to surrender themselves before the learned trial Court.

            Be that as it may, without touching merits /demerits of the case, the applicants are granted protective bail for seven days commencing from today till 25.3.2013, during Court hours, subject to their furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (One hundred thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court. In the meantime, operation of NBWs: issued against the applicants is suspended. This order shall cease to have effect after expiry of seven days and or on the date when the applicants surrender themselves before trial Court, whichever is earlier.
