This petition was disposed of vide order dated 28.10.2010 in terms whereof it is observed by this court that no act is open to be acted upon against rules and policy framed there-against, but, however, only on humanitarian grounds it may be considered. No rights of the petitioner were involved nor the petition was disposed of on the basis of any right arising out of any legal obligation. In case the learned Additional A.G undertook to consider the case of the petitioner on humanitarian grounds they may do at their own rights and consideration. However, as we have observed that this petition was not disposed of on merits pursuant to which any right of the petitioner was decided, the listed application is disposed of.
