                        After hearing learned counsel for the respective parties Nazir’s reference is decided through following consent order: -

1.      Both the learned counsel agree that instead of two members from each side three members would assist the Nazir in order to conduct election in all three major cities i.e. Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad on the same date.

2.      On query, both the learned counsel agree that the election be held on all twenty-four seats under the supervision of the Nazir in terms of order dated 10.11.2011.

3.      Mr. Khalid Latif has pointed out that in consequent to the order dated 29.6.2011 whereby this Court has directed all payments through Nazir his professional charges are not being paid. Mr. Faisal Siddiqui says that he will have no objection if the professional charges of Mr. Khalid Latif are paid. Let bills submitted by Mr. Khalid Latif be placed before Nazir who after verifying from Mr. Siddiqui would release payment accordingly.

4.      The other issue which has been raised regarding salary of the Guards deputed at the office of the Association, Secretary would submit salary bill to the Nazir and in case Guards are of Security Company then Nazir after verifying would release salary.

                        Nazir’s reference stands disposed of accordingly. Interim order earlier passed to continue till next date of hearing.
