Through instant petition petitioner calls in question order dated 14.11.2012 whereby the learned Sessions Judge, Karachi West, has directed appearance of the complainant before the concerned police station with direction to record the statement and if cognizance offence is made out to register the FIR.
The record reflects that since the order has been complied with and the FIR has been lodged, therefore, this petition has become infructuous and consequently is hereby dismissed.
