                        This petition is primarily and substantially filed to restrain the official respondents from causing harassment and to provide them protection for their property as well as protection to the life of the petitioner. Learned State Counsel submits that though the official respondents have not caused harassment to the petitioner, however, the learned State Counsel submits that the official respondents will not cause harassment and shall take care to the life and liberty of the petitioner. In terms of this statement the petition is disposed of with direction to official respondents not to cause harassment and they shall act strictly in accordance with the law and shall take care to the life and liberty of the petitioner. Petition stands disposed of
