                   Mr. Saifullah Luhr, representing the respondent No.3, concedes as far as prayer clause "B" is concerned that he is not in occupation of the subject premises and he would never occupy the same.  As far as prayer "A" is concerned, the official respondents are directed not to cause harassment to the petitioner and take care of life and liberty of the petitioner in accordance with law.  The petition is disposed of accordingly.
