                        Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of this petition and issuance of the notice, the purpose of this petition has been served as the appointment letter has been issued and the petitioner is receiving the salary though in cash. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that though on instructions he does not press this petition but however, submits that the salary to the petitioner may be disbursed through Bank. Learned State Counsel representing the official respondents consented the proposition made by the learned counsel for the petitioners. Though this fact may not be relevant for the purpose, but however, if at all the petitioner has been appointed lawfully, he would be entitled to receive his salary through proper channel viz. Bank. Petition stands disposed of.
