Learned counsel submits that this petition is not maintainable he will be withdrawing but since the petitioner who is a disable person, he may be allowed to move an application before the management of the respondent NO.2. Though it may not have any basis to enforce his right but learned counsel submits that the application may be considered sympathetically on humanitarian grounds.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that he cannot give such consent although the petitioner can move such application which may be considered in accordance with law.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
