The petition involves the abduction of one Arbelo son of Jatoi Bozdar. It is contended by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that in terms of the statement filed by SHO PS Ratodero the admission was made to the extent that on 9.2.2013 DSP Crime Branch, Larkana Inspector Parvez Ali Mithani on spy information that one abductee, namely, Abdul Jabbar Dayo, District Officer Education East, Karachi, was abducted from the jurisdiction of PS Aziz Bhatti Gulshan Town, Karachi, vide F.I.R No.05/2013, under Sections 365-A, 34, P.P.C, was confined/available in the house of one Dadlo son of Jatoi Khan, who is son of the present petition, in order to recover such abductee a raid was conducted at house of the said Dadlo, wherefrom they recovered above-named abductee after resistance and deterrence in performance of duty of the police by accused persons including the present petitioner Mst. Hazaran, her sons, namely, Dadlo and Arbelo and other inmates of the house. However, it is submitted that the accused, namely, Mst.Hazaran, Dadlo and Arbelo succeeded to escape, which fact is denied by the learned Counsel for the petitioner and it is contended that Arbelo is in illegal confinement of the respondent No.1.

It is agreed that let in the first instance an enquiry be conducted under the supervision of D.I.G.P., Larkana, who would ascertain the facts as stated in the statement of the S.H.O. PS Ratodero dated 18.2.2013 and submit a detailed report regarding their raid at the house and that Mst. Hazaran, her sons Dadlo and Arbelo, who were arrested and were subsequently escaped from the custody. Let such enquiry report be placed on record within two weeks and if found to be correct, what action has been taken for the negligence.

Petition stands disposed of.
