                        It appears that since the  passing  of the order dated 31.01.2011 neither the Court fees  is being deposited/paid nor the certified copy of the decree  passed by the Appellate Court has been filed with the revision application as observed in the order  dated 31.01.2011.  It was further observed  that these are fatal inasmuch as  that since the Court fees till date has not been paid and certified copy has not been supplied, limitation for filing application is still running and it  seems  that 90 days  limitation prescribed under 115 CPC  has long passed.  It appears  that  despite this categorical order no efforts were made by the applicant or his counsel.   Accordingly it appears  that the applicant  has lost interest and this revision deserves to be dismissed for non-prosecution. Order. Accordingly.

                        The revision  application stands disposed of.
