                   It is agreed that this petition be disposed of by directing the official respondents not to cause any harassment to the petitioner and that they shall act strictly in accordance with law and shall take care of the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family.  As far as prayer clause "B" is concerned, it is upto respondents No.4 to 6 to approach the competent Court of civil jurisdiction for the redressal of their grievances.  Order accordingly. 

                   The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
