                   It is contended by Mr. Asif that the day this petition was filed one private respondent has lodged an F.I.R bearing crime No.35/2012, at 7.30 a.m., on 3.12.2012, that has no been challaned and the petitioner is on bail.

                   Be that as it may, learned State Counsel submits that this petition is disposed of by directing the official respondents not to cause harassment to the petitioner except the way it may come through due process of law and the official respondents shall act strictly in accordance with law.
