                   It appears that since filing of this transfer application, the counsel for the applicant is not regular/punctual in attendance. On the first date of hearing i.e 21.3.2011, he was called absent. On the next date of hearing i.e. 9^th August 2011, a request was made by the applicant for grant of some time and time was granted. Subsequently on 23.8.2011, Mr. Ghulam Ali Samtio, advocate undertook to file Vakalatnmama and that has not been filed as yet. Subsequently on 26.11.2012, Mr. Ghulam Ali Samtio was stated to be on general adjournment, despite the fact that he did not file his Vakalatnama. On 03.12.2012, Mr. Habibullah Ghouri, held brief on behalf of counsel for the applicant as he was on that date still not in attendance. Today also none appeared on behalf of the applicant, nor the applicant himself is in attendance. It seems that the applicant has lost his interest and accordingly this civil transfer application is dismissed for non prosecution along with listed applications.
