                   Rasheed Ahmed, the petitioner submits that since the disputed facts are involved in this petition with regard to the illegal and unlawful entries made by the revenue authorities. They are willing to approach the relevant forum such as Civil Court for the redressal of their grievance. Accordingly they are at liberty to approach the relevant forum which is civil Court for the redressal of their grievance and as such in view of the above, this petition has served out its purpose and is accordingly disposed of.
