                   Per learned Counsel, petitioner is being harassed by the official respondents.  Respondents No.1 and 2 have filed their statements, stating therein that neither they have caused any sort of harassment to the petitioner, nor they intend to so and they will act strictly in accordance with law. 

                   After going through such statements, Counsel for the petitioner being satisfied seeks disposal of the above petition in above terms.  Order accordingly.  Respondents present in Court are directed to ensure that no harm is caused to the petitioner.

                   Petition is disposed of accordingly.
