                   Statements have been filed by respondents No.1 and 7.  It is contended by the official respondents that there is no case pending against the petitioners.  It is the case of the petitioners that they have contracted marriage and Nikah was solemnized on 6.2.2013.  Annoyed with this marriage, the respondents are causing harassment.

                   It appears that the petitioner No.1 being sui juris has exercised her right of freewill guaranteed in terms of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.  The official respondents in view of above are, therefore, directed not to cause any harassment to the petitioners and they shall act strictly in accordance with law and shall take care of the life and liberty of the petitioners.

                   The petition is disposed of accordingly.
