                   Mr. Mazhar Ali Mangan files Vakalatnama of Mr. Shaukat Ali Shaikh, advocate, on behalf of respondents No.6 and 7, which is taken on record.

                   SIP Ghulam Qadir Jatoi, SHO PS Nasirabad states that at the moment there is no case pending against the petitioner and that they have no intention to cause harassment or to arrest the petitioner.  

                   By consent it is agreed that this petition can be disposed of by directing the official respondents not to cause harassment to the petitioner and that they shall act strictly in accordance with law.  Order accordingly.  As far as question of cattles, motorcycle, gold ornaments and cash is concerned, the petitioner may approach the relevant forum for the redressal of his grievance by moving appropriate application in accordance with law. 

                    The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
