            We have heard learned  counsel for the applicant and complainant and  it is agreed that let evidence of two eyewitnesses be recorded by the Anti Terrorism  Court at the  first instance where-after the applicant would be at liberty to move fresh bail application before the trial Court   in accordance  with law.

            In terms of the above, this bail application is disposed of. In case applicant seeks adjournment the delay caused by him will not be counted.
