            After detailed hearing it is agreed by consent that the petitioner shall approach NADRA along with service book and medical certificate to demonstrate his correct date of birth which according to the petitioner is 18.12.1960 as reflected in the service book. At this stage the controversy could be resolved by NADRA who after perusing the medical certificate and the service book may issue a fresh CNIC in accordance with law.

            Petition stands disposed of.
